Wow - Kyubongo just missed it.

Matt Pressey was in ther right spot and just backpeddled like crazy to give Kyubongo a nice little floater and he just missed it.

I'll give Haith credit for calling a nice defense there (even if Pressey didn't execute it very well), but Texas just missed an open look.

Ugh, win's a win, but there was a whole lot of 'coaching moments' to take from it. Namely - do not have Michael Dixon on the floor with a lead when you're just needing to shorten the game.

EDIT: Unless Denmon got his arm - didn't see that if he did.

Arguably Dixon won the game for us....though he damn near lost it too

Texas has lost like six games by only a few points this season. Their young players continue to fail in the clutch.

Anyway, that's a pretty big win for Mizzou as it could have gone either way.

They had no business making it that close being up by 10 with under 4 to play. Part of that is coaching and the running of the clock. As Knight said, if you're going to do that do it a little closer to the 3 pt line.

He actually got his off arm just as it was about to let go to allow the right to shoot the floater. Cat quick touch by Denmon, but just enough to alter the attempt. Refs let them play it out.

It just seemed like they had about 25 points at the 10 minute mark of the 2nd half, suddenly with 3 minutes left they were at 60. Then after Mizzou stretched it back to 10, Texas dropped 11 in the span of about 90 seconds.
