Lets see....after USC the next highest-ranked Pac-10 school is Cal at #22 then #24 Oregon St.

SEC has #4 Florida, #5 LSU, #9 Arkansas, #11 Auburn, #16 Tennessee

Big Ten has #1 OSU, #3 UM, #7 Wisconsin

Gee...I wonder why we think the Pac-10 is shit.

So, do you think Michigan could beat Oregon State? I hear they're tough.

Part of the fun of bowls is seeing teams matchup from difference conferences, but in terms of who "deserves" it, biases aside...I do think OSU/Michigan really should be it. I think all the arguments I've heard against it don't hold up as well as just looking at the body of work of each team and matching up the two who most deserve it.

Yea.......USC the only team with wins over 4 teams ranked in the top 25.....has wins over 2 top 10 teams....one of which was an SEC school on their homefield in which they got destroyed.

I think anyone who's watched Florida and USC on a consistent basis knows who the better team is...

Is it me or does it seem like every year, a completely new and unpredictable situation is presented and the BCS screws it up? Like every single season, it feels as if someone was prewriting the entire scenarios for every team so that it would mangle the BCS in new and innovative ways.

It should be embarrassing, and it is really, but the NCAA doesn't exactly function logically, or in any other capacity that could be considered normal.

That's nice and all, but it's still not better than being undefeated except for a 3 point loss to the best team in the country in their house.

Everyone and their damn brother knew that if USC won out they'd finish 2nd even when Michigan and OSU were both undefeated.

So why bitch about it now cause USC beat Oregon, Cal and ND something alot of people didn't think they'd do?

You and I both know that game was never as close as that score....Michigan trailed the whole game and put in a garbage time TD.

Michigan pounded the crap out of Notre Dame in South Bend. I guess that doesn't matter, either.

Missed last night eh? And USC pounded the crap out of Arkansas on their homefield and they're ranked higher than ND is now.

We can go tit for tat all night long. But in the end, USC lost to an unranked team, and Michigan didn't. The End.

IF USC and OSU play for the title, it will be fun to watch all the speed on the field. Both of these teams are fast a hell.

But don't forget the blue field -
