DramaQueens. It's one game, and if you're rooting for a #1 seed you either just joined the CBB scene or have memory issues, because the last two #1 seeds to be shipped out of their region didn't do so well versus the 2 seed.

They've struggled the last few games when they've had several days off.. OSU, the first half of A&M, and tonight. If they go to Omaha, they'll play Thursday/Saturday, so if they win both games in the first weekend, they'll have 4 or 5 days off before the Sweet 16, which I'd be concerend about.

Nebraska has been playing well, they have the best defense in the league, and you have to give them some credit. BUT, they also don't play well with a lead and could easily go to sleep at halftime (see: leading 24-11 @ISU at halftime, etc.).

Yeah, Georgia works. It's too complicated for the media to figure out.. they liked the "B" thing, so I'm thinking any "G" team.

I'd rather be the #1 seed in the south, but I'd take #2 in the south, also.

See 3 minutes in and KU already winning. Here comes the KU blowout. They just wanted to make NU to feel like they had a chance so they could smash them. Or Self really got in their ass. It'll be a real easy night if NU just keeps trying to bomb 3's the rest of the night.

THat's cool seeing the Wildcats sitting watching the game... not everyday do you get to sit and watch another basketball game, normally you are playing in it.

I have Cox Digital in Manhattan. Looks worse than just about anything I've ever seen. Blown out whites, and static everywhere. Even the commercials. Looks like they're broadcasting a UHF feed or something.

Yeah, matchups matter SO much more than numbers, and location helps a lot, too.

Last year we were matched up with 3 teams in a row that were good at slowing down the game, which is the equalizer against top seeds. The region sucked for Kansas, the games were painful to watch, and by the end I would have given my right leg to go back in time and be a number 2 seed anywhere else.

We should be fine when it comes to location... Detroit and Houston would be nice; as long as we aren't lined up to meet UNC in Charlotte or UCLA in Phoenix.
