statistics have shown that girls are becoming viable for pregnancy at younger and younger ages...and kids are having sex at younger ages (think about the kids that got caught having sex in front of their class whole their teacher stepped out...they were 5th graders)...

put 2 and 2 together and you get babies at significantly younger ages

There are not that many girls who have hit puberty by 9 years old.

Truely sad. A 13 year old might be able to father a kid, but he sure isn't old enough to be a dad to the kid. Shoot, if he were in the US he couldn't even get a job so he could pay child support for another 2-3 years.
