Let's Talk About the Bills.

Early Vegas line is Chiefs -3 at home.

Buffalo (6-6) coming off a bye, has seen their offense improve under an interim OC, but five of the six the teams they've beaten are at or near the bottom of the league: Giants, Jets, Commanders, Raiders, Jets. Last week lost a close one to Philadelphia in OT. Bills had over 500 yards of offense.

Chiefs (8-4) well, we know how they've been doing. Finally back at Arrowhead after two road games and likely with two defensive starters out. How do we beat 'em?

The Chiefs on the other hand are still in their funk. Their defense is much better, possibly the best ive seen from a KC team in a decade, but they miss Tyreek Hill badly and would trade McDuffie (who has been good), Karlfatis and Watson in an instant to have Tyreek Hill back. Penny smart and pound foolish. He is a generational talent.

The Bills will likely win this game. They are the better team right now and all of their losses have come by 6 or less points. The Chiefs have lost a game by 15, and a game by 8. Josh Allen leads the NFL in total TD's and is second in passing TD's. I foresee it being a similar game to the last few times the Bills played the Chiefs, with Spagnuolo simply having no answer for the Allen riddle. The difference this time? The Chiefs have no offense to outscore Allen with.

God bless you! I've had a terribly rough day and that just put some glide right back in my stride. Thank you! Josh says, "Hi."

Hell, I know. BUF isn't that great right now, but KC is significantly worse than they were last season. And BUF has apparently figured out their offensive issues since firing Dorsey, while the Chiefs offense is in complete disarray. We're 13 weeks into the season, and we still don't have an identity on offense, and our WRs have regressed to the point that only Rice is playable.

So while I still think KC can beat BUF, I no longer think we can beat them straight up. We're going to need some help, and if not from our own WRs, then we need some help from the weather, the refs, McDermott shitting himself in the last two minutes of the game, or some combination of variables not under the Chiefs' control.

Because our offense isn't good enough to keep up with BUF's offense if they play anything like how they've been playing recently. And before we get into the whole "the Bills defense sucks," thing, I just looked them up on TeamRankings.com, and their defense is ranked higher than GB's defense. And higher than PHI's defense. So this isn't going to be like playing LVR's defense, not by a long shot.

Because you're right; BUF is desperate and they're going to come out like it's their SB. They have no choice. But they're going to have some new confidence in their offense, and plenty of tape to review on how to simultaneously put the brakes on Travis and Pacheco and force us to beat them with our WRs and Noah Gray (as DEN, MIA, and PHI did).

We can certain lose but Buffalo's offensive "resurgence" is fool's gold.

I watched both Jets and Eagles games. Jets D quit. I think Saleh was riding the team hard and they lost interest, just like last year. The fact that Garrett Wilson is considered a voice there shows they are locker room full of soft bitches.

Eagles, sure Buffalo looked good for a half but Eagles looked slow to start but once they picked up the pace Buffalo was cooked.

The **** we would. Reek is a special talent no doubt, but our D is only this good because they traded him. It was a major mistake by Veach to not address the wr's and it's most likely going to cost us the repeat, but I have the utmost confidence that Veach will address that in the draft and/or free agency. His track record when it comes to fixing the teams weakness is second to none.

I need a few more days to absorb the last game. The Bills went up and down the field on the Eagles and lost because of some hero ball throws by Hurts.

I don't like it however the offensive woes don't appear to be getting solved. And the defense has allowed some pretty average offenses to dominate quarters. One possession in each of the first two quarters?

The effort last night just wasn't there; the team had that look of all we need to do is show up and we will win. The offense doesn't scare anyone and teams are more than happy to make the Chiefs drive the field knowing a penalty, dropped pass, silly play call or turnover will stop them.

What did he solve? Allen dominated the Chiefs defense in that game. Probably the best game of his career.

They lost because their defense was inept.

eh, I won't argue with you. My point really is that if the Chiefs play the way they have over the last 4-5 weeks and the Bills play the way they have the last two or three games, we're probably screwed. Unless the defense scores a couple TDs, I just doubt our offense with these weapons can put up enough points to beat a surging BUF offense.
