How does one advance to having 'regular' under their name as opposed to 'lurker'???

smiley w/shades is semicolon the word 'cool' and semicolon with no spaces between the word and the semicolons:

colon'cool'colon (leave out the quotes)

the rolling eyes is the same except you replace the word 'cool' with 'rolleyes' (leave out the quotes).
