What a joke. I hope they get knocked out so he has to serve the suspension in WCQ. If this was FIFA, and not CONCACAF, he wouldn't have gotten by with a 3 game suspension.

A coach interferring with game play is indefensible. Mexico is lucky this game was Gold Cup and not WCQ in Mexico or they'd risk playing in front of an empty stadium.

Just got to watch the game:

Defense was not good. I'm not sure why Evans was in the back to begin with. He gave away a couple balls when he came forward too. Heaps looked awful. He got beat on both of the goals. I didn't notice Parkhurst much [edit - actually was he the one that got turned by one of the Haitian players for one of the goals? Pretty pathetic for a CB]. Conrad was fine.

Cooper didn't do much with his chance, other than show that Davies is a class above him right now. I actually thought Arnaud looked pretty good.

Holden was impressive, and deserves to keep getting looks. Everyone else, whatever. Haiti played a weird game.

Pretty pathetic showing by Panama at the end. Get off the field, especially after losing to a US c-team. They'll have quite a few players in for a long suspension, not that it matters.

And they're lucky they didn't get a red card off that penalty shot.

Less than 3 hours to game time. Hopefully Parkhurst and Marshall can contain Costly again. Jay Heaps may prove to be a liability in this game.

In other news, Donovan and Clark getting a look from newly promoted Livorno in Serie A. Don't know much about them other than they got Gastón Cellerino to sign so they must have something going at least a bit.
