What's funny is if a WR has to make a one handed catch on a Cassel pass you guys are all over him for throwing a bad pass. Wylie makes a sensational 1 handed grab on a pass from Stanzi and he is Tom Brady. He is inconsistent with his accuracy. He underthows then overthrows then drops one in. Rinse and repeat. We saw a classic case of it Friday. I want the kid to do good but I can't pretend what we see isn't really what we saw. |

That inconsistency is a valid concern for a second year Ayer that didn't have an offseason his first year due to lockout?
Or that Wylie seems to be doing his best to sell out for Stanzi? Can't wait for after work Monday night to watch game two. |

Dude all I am saying is when you look at the history of QB's drafted in the 5th round or later there are really 2 starting in the NFL right now, Brady and Cassel. Unless Painter is starting somewhere.

There are plenty of guys on message boards and blogs with much more credibility than Fescoe and his crew.

Romo was undrafted
Fitzpatrick was a 7th iirc Matt Moore/David Garrard werent high picks Lots of examples of good quarterbacks that took time to develop. It's silly to knock Stanzi for inconsistency when the alternatives are Cassel and Quinn. Two of the most inconsistent quarterbacks there are. |

I agree. No worries here. Stanzi means absolutely nothing to me as a fan of this franchise. So.debating his over/under throws isn't my cup of tea. Was just sharing what was said.
