Peyton Manning to visit Denver TONIGHT to meet with Donks
Peyton Manning will be in Denver tonight visiting with the Broncos, according to two NFL sources.

This is getting serious, folks.

Manning, arguably the most decorated free agent in NFL history, has the Broncos on his short list. The long-time Indianapolis Colts quarterback was released earlier this week amid concerns about his neck, a $26 million bonus payment and the team's opportunity to select highly prized quarterback Andrew Luck with the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL draft.

Manning, 36, has been cleared to throw by his neck specialist, Dr. Robert Watkins. One NFL source said Manning will also visit the Arizona Cardinals and Miami Dolphins after visiting with the Broncos. A source said Manning would like to make a decision by Tuesday, the first day of free agency.

The Broncos' top brass of John Elway, coach John Fox and general manager Brian Xanders, are currently in Stillwater, Okla., watching the Oklahoma State Pro Day workout that features quarterback Brandon Weeden.

The Broncos have the No. 25 pick in the draft, plus the 25th selection in the second round. Weeden, who turns 29 in October, is considered the second-best passer to Luck in the draft and has been projected to go between the Broncos' top two picks.

Manning will turn 36 in two weeks.

Saying it is one thing, but then what if Peyton goes to interview other teams like we are hearing(i.e., Arizona, Miami) I'm not really taking his words to heart because I haven't seen the Chiefs even make an attempt to line up an interview with Manning.

Clark is saying he is interested, but yet I don't see him showing enough diligence. That's the problem right there

How much did he contribute to the championships, all of which are not with KC.


Elway went to 5 Superbowls and won 2. The Chiefs have played in one AFC championship in that timespan.

Elway and Bowlen could also show him the jars of vasoline from the 97 playoffs that was left over. The way they cheated the salary cap to win the super bowl, because there was no other way to get it done.

They could replay the highlight where horseface threw a baby fit and said he wouldn't play for the Colts.

Elway is a ****ing ****. And I hope he dies a slow ****ing death on a trail that derailed.
