Cassel ****ing eats it, no question. There are 2-3 worse QBs in the entire lead starting.

But to ****ing let Bowe off the hook like it didn't matter is so laughable I can't even stand it.

Just saying on the scoreboard at the end it didn't matter. I'm ****ing pissed off for Bowe dropping it but its not like it was a one point game where his touchdown would have won it. We still had some points to catch up.

true, it was his other drops in the game that killed us, the drop at the end didnt matter because it didn't change the fact he played a horrible game.

Assuming that the Chiefs scored that TD, and the game had played out exactly the same way after, then the Chiefs would have gone into that last drive down by 6 points.

The game was within reach.

However, that TD would almost certainly changed how the rest of the game played out.

He doesn't need to be replaced. He did a fine job on one of the best speed DE's in the entire NFL.

I highly emphasize, this year, lets focus on getting a quarterback, and a wide receiver in the draft.

Also, if Peyton Manning is playing from behind (13-9), that completely changes the way he approaches his last few drives. It means they have to force longer throws that will get them TDs, while we can play more "eat the clock" offense.

Those drops absolutely, positively affected the outcome of the game.

I don't think it's a band aid considering we don't have WRs who can catch the ball, make big plays, and aren't a downfield threat.

I agree. For the life of me I don't understand why everyone's blaming Cassel. How many throws did he miss?
