You are right, they made up that he had a torn ACL. Or even if they didn't, you are again right because ACL injuries are not serious for an NFL players career.

He's right, though.

AP missed part of tha last game of the season last year, a season in which he put up credible numbers.

By strict definition, AP is not coming back, because he didn't miss any time.

He will, however, be considered for the award simply by virtue of the fact that an ACL is considered a devastating injury that he returned to play from far quicker than anyone has before.

I actually fully expect PM to win MVP, while they throw AP the Comeback award as a consolation.

They still had a good defense, and the majority of the offensive players they have this year. He took a good talented team and made them better. Who does Minnesota have for talent? They are not nearly as talented as Denver and yet they still made the playoffs in the difficult NFC North. Peterson was the biggest reason for that which is why he deserves MVP.

BTW it's AD. I wish half of these media reeruns could get it right.

The nickname is AD ALL DAY. I'm not sure why people are suddenly morphing it in to AP.

Flip a coin. Both have been great this year and key to their teams success. Manning joined a better team so if I had to choose one that was more key to the teams success, it would be AP by a hair.
