I believe so.

It makes sense it would take a long time, since insurance, removal, rebuild, buy new shit, installation, plumbing, etc.

Also taking account weather factors as well.

I went to the 40 hwy location and a month later it burned down

I guess I will give the rebuild a bit before I visit again just in case
