People overreact all the time to rookies in training camp.

Remember how the narrative was that Mahomes was "struggling" prior to the 2018 season because he threw a few ints in a practice?

Or Herbert last training camp?

Anyone who has been around this long enough knows not to bury someone based on a few throws in a practice or scrimmage.
