Rumor?

Allegedly, Haley was at a bar recently and stuck his unwanted hand up the skirt of a young lady who slapped him. Then he pulls the "do you know who I am?" out.

According to the witness, cops are called and Haley is cuffed.

Pertinent parties have been interviewed by media. Story forthcoming. Or not.

Is Todd Haley part of the right 53? <- that part is a joke and is being explained for people who will take the comment too seriously. All other information in OP is serious.

I never claimed to be there. I always labeled it as a rumor. I didn't fabricate any part of it. Feel free to flame me. I'm okay with that or I'd have never posted the thing. I knew when I posted it that it could end this way.

Most people probably don't have a problem with you passing on what was told to you by a someone with "1st hand knowledge". People are having a problem with you insisting you were correct with most of the facts. The big facts appear to be wrong; very wrong.

That's fair. I would rather not be wrong and look a fool. That's no fun for anybody. The big fact is Haley's involvement. Based on current reports from people with way more access than I, that appears to be wrong. Acknowledged. Clearly there was an incident. Clearly it happened when and where my source said. Clearly, Todd Haley was there. What actually happened is still up for debate. I'll wait for print's version.

The real tool in this affair is Kietzman, to be honest. For that hack to first 'report' a story during Petros show, then backpeddle and flip his script to excoriate his 'source' is bush league. He did a damn fine job of spinning his false-start into an opportunity to make a martyr of himself. Hell, even Wright comes off looking okay by comparison (he really had no choice but to speak to it in some fashion - such is the nature of dueling media).

(But seriously - if you could start a rumor about Nick Wright and collies, that would be awesome).
