Because chances are, with Cassel, you're not really gonna take full advantage of a third WR.

It's a point of diminishing returns at some juncture since we're not gonna be throwing 35 times a game.

If Baldwin is a top 5 WR, you're gonna be fine with Breaston, Moeaki and Charles rounding out the skillz pozitionz, with the possibility of Wylie being a very good slot guy.

You don't trade Bowe till next year if that's what's going to happen. He needs to play this year under the tag. I believe he will too because it would stupid to leave almost $10mil on the table. Then next year maybe he and his agent will have a better idea of his value and sign a long term contract. Or we tag him and trade him then if that's what he wants.

Of course this is all after Baldwin puts up 1,400 yards recieving.

Of course whatn teams actually pay two WRs top five money because when Baldwin tears it up the next two years he's going to want that kind of money too.

Okay, we get it Jamaal Charles is amazing. Just showing off in practice. Man he's good.
This is my favorite tweet of all. That guy was such a vital cog in our offense, it's ridiculous. Everything coming from Baldwin is great to hear as well. The only problem with it is that for every player that makes a big play, he's making one of our own look bad in the process. Oh well, that's how they get better I suppose.

Also, Succop better get his shit together. I'm still not confident in this team's ability to punch it in the endzone.

Has there been one positive thing said about him all training camp? Even OTAs? I hear Stanzi making plays, I hear Cassel making plays. I hear Quinn making bad passes.

Baldwin could be a fun player to watch this year. If he scores a touchdown, look for Mr. Excitement to come out.

welp, he'll never get resigned...Babb has a long memory...

the problem will end up being that if you were to offer Bowe a 6 or 7 year big money deal, then in like 3 years, Baldwin's deal will be up and if he is any good at all in between now and then, he will also command a big pay day.

And well you don't pay two WRs. I think the Chiefs are just going to buy their time with Bowe on 1 year rentals until he demands a trade, so they can save face. Because right now Baldwin is on a cheap contract, and I think they want to see what kind of player he is before they decide.
