That's nice and dandy, Iowa is still obscure as hell. Iowa has never been prominent in anything except resslin. It really has no national presence. There are 2 schools in B10 with national prominence: tOSU and Michigan. Michigan has been irrelevant for the better part of the decade, though.

KU- Nobody cares.

Yeah, your 4 and 2 respective big bowls gave your schools national prominence and they're now considered football powerhouses on par with Oklahomas, Alabamas and Michigans of the world.
