Clark has already started this process on the wrong foot by not getting rid of the cancer that is Fat Scott.

Clark is well intentioned but he is hopelessly out of his league on this.

The longer Pioli is here...the more likely he is going to remain the GM for the new few seasons and hire some push-over HC.

Clark will hire a coach...but he will hire someone he knows will get along with Pioli. Thus, he can avoid a buyout...

Clark was just trying to please all of us yesterday with his interviews. Get your heads out of your asses...who is our GM right now? Apparently, Clark is NOT in a rush to find a new GM...rather CLARK is trying to find someone who is willing to work with Pioli...

THAT is why we are targeting Special Teams Coaches...

Clark will need to make a swift hiring, or we primed for posters to grant the new HC/GM an "evaluation year" when we're holding the #1 overall pick.

Most important pick in franchise history. Not even close. And we have to hit a HR.

They need a reason to believe and Keith Armstrong, Dirk Koetter or Doug Marone isn't filling Arrowhead to even 1/3rd capacity.

As removed as Clark is from the fanbase, it's my opinion that he does realize this. It's going to get done sooner rather than later, it just has that "feel" to it.

That said, what are the chances he's eyeballing someone not able to interview at this time? I'm not sure who is in the playoffs that would constitute a "big name hire".

Clark wasn't the guy who was supposed to be bringing in a QB for competition last year. Pioli isn't the guy who just said he was going to hire a vet coach with experience. I don't see a good reason to connect the two into a "fooled me once..." type scenario.
