Stanton picked NYY over the Cards because it's a far nicer city, and a much better team.
I love these "tough" guys that come out and draw negative attention to themselves every chance they get then when people get annoyed with them it's because "it's because he's black!!! you racist".

No, it's because he's an annoying, self-centered, cancer that's negatively affecting the people around him.

Real men stand up and take responsibility for their actions. Cowards and pussies hide behind excuses and boogie men for their actions. Like Peters.

It's not about race as much as much as you peter apologists want to shove that defense down "old, white, mid-westerns" (who's stereotyping again?) throats. But keep beating that dead horse because with every false accusation you take a little more credibility of the term to when it can be rightfully applied.

And before moving to Durango, CO I lived in Harrisburg, PA for 12 years. 54.83% Black and 31.72% White.

Want to hear a funny story regarding this topic...Yes, you say? OK.

I was shopping one day at City Market and after checking out a black guy was walking in while one was walking out right in front of me. As you noted, there are not a lot of black people in Durango.

They stopped and stared at each other for a second like they were long lost friends who haven't seen each other in years. Shook hands and hugged. Turns out they didn't even know each other and never met before. They were both just so surprised to see another brother in Durango.

If I had to guess the lack of black people in Durango has something to do with lack of entertainment outside of skiing, hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking and such and the fact you literally dodge 200lb mule deer in your yard and when you walk or ride on a daily basis along with the occasional bear and mountain lion.

This is almost a daily sight when leaving for work in the morning:

That was in the 60’s. So much for progress on Chief
See there is your problem.

You don't have a ****ing clue to why people don't like peters. It has to do with being a selfish crybaby who doesn't give full effort.

See Kelce. Hes a fan favorite even though he is hotheaded and does bonehead stuff sometimes. Its not because he white. Its because he ALWAYS gives 100% effort, and he is in it for his team and his fans.

Hotheaded is fine. Selfish half-assing is not.

Not like you and people like you would care though, you, like peters, are too busy blaming others for your problems.

Too many people want to ignore this difference and treat these two as the same. Kelce is liked because first of all, he's proven he's all-Chief all the time. He wears his Chiefs stuff off the field plenty, which a lot of guys won't do. Fans like seeing that, and take mental note.

Kelce has also done a lot more good for this team than bad. Over the last 3 years he's arguably the best TE in the NFL, especially this year. And as stated, he always give 100% every game and doesn't half ass anything.

Why would it? You can't even fathom the concept of being wrong.

To you, everything is about race, to me, the thought doesn't even enter my head until some dipshit like you comes along and I have to wonder why you have to project your racial insecurities into every discussion in the country about anything.

I bet you'd see a lot more people get off his back if he would just play a winning brand of football, and keep the infield meltdowns to a minimum

Personally I disagree with using the Sunday stage as a protest platform and always will, that said, I got to the point a while back where it was like 'good God, just win and I'll shut up already'

And I bet a great many are like me in that respect... at this point it's about his play

It can't just be excused away because white people maybe don't understand him, again... lets talk football, not race

Because when its kept on the field, he is clearly found wanting this year... when even Deion Sanders is saying 'lord have mercy lol' while watching an MP tackle attempt, you KNOW it's bad

Stop excusing his half ass play, and blaming hardheaded old whitey... please

Justin Houston's 0 tackle, 0 sack performance against the Jets is clearly a "winning brand of football".

Justin Houston's 1 sack, 10 total tackles production during the Chiefs 4 game losing streak is clearly a "winning brand of football".

Eh, if you want to believe your narrative, go ahead. You're not convincing anybody

It's a shame everything has to be about race for some people.

Funny thing is, the only people that make everything about race are the ones pointing fingers at others for being 'racist'.

Marcus peters getting sat and the majority of chiefs fans approving of it isnt about race. Anyone who has that thought try and let it leave your head.

Its about effort.
