Whatever. I know people will tell me to GTFO about this. It's a qualm I can't shake, and I never will. I just can't stand mediocre regular season teams that all of a sudden say, "Hay guess what guyz weer aksh good lol!"
Am I missing something? The Giants won 9 games in the regular season.

Good point. But I loathe the pats and I'm not a manning fan. I'd rather see the brother bowl again. It'll probably be the pats and niners as my guess though.

screw it. I'll just pull for Pats vs Giants. At least that way Pioli can't say crappy QBs can win superbowls. Pats to win. This is gonna sting.

I am intrigued by a Niners/Ravens match which is what I voted before I realized it was the brothers twist. I could go for that.
exactly my thought process

Ravens/44-9'ers.

To have the SB be about big hits and defense would be nice for a change...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

I think the Giants are going to win. I am very impressed by SF, but I think Eli has the "look" right now. Not his normal look that makes everyone around the area think he is DS, but the look of not getting beat. I think the Giants defense will be a good matchup against SF as well.

I would also like to see NE vs NYG if only to show Pioli you need an elite QB to get to and win the big one. Maybe its a lost cause, but Flacco vs. Smith doesn't exactly make people that believe in Matt Cassel rethink anything.

Giants Pats. the Giants are the most dangerous team right now. their defense is finally on the money at the right time. and nothing would be more satisfying then to see mumbles run off the field again after another super bowl loss.

The one bad thing about the Giants getting in will be seeing all the bandwagon fans busting out of the woodwork around here. On that subject, is there anything more annoying than hearing a local news broadcaster acting like they are a fan of the local team?
