What would be hilarious is if they literally just remake the film, shot for shot, line for line, but with women.

If I was guessing, I’d bet Wiig is Erin, Jones is Abby, and McKinnon is Jillian. That’s because I’m almost positive Patty, an MTA subway ticket employee who stumbles across the main ghost in the film, is going to be McCarthy. Seems like a perfect fit for her, and I can see how all four of them will fit together as a team.
And Bill Murray in the old William Atherton/Walter Peck role. Like he'd actually do it.

Way too early to dismiss it. Much prefer Wiig in movies to SNL, and may I just say she has gotten HAWT since leaving there. Did you see her at the Golden Globes? RAWR.



Could rock, could suck. The cast doesn't doom it to either bin.

She is no longer "funny". She plays the same, white trash, potty mouth in every single film. As I mentioned in the thread for her upcoming film, if everyone says "****" every other word, it's not funny. It's poor writing.

I guess she was good in that one movie with Bill Murray recently, but Bridesmaids was terribly overrated. If they wanted to do something great, they should've made the cast mixed with a combination of men and women. Replace those two no names from SNL and get Chris Pratt, Charlie Day or Chris Pine or something. If you're going in a new direction you might as well hook the female, and male demographic. The only things that sell this movie are to fans of Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy.

As if foul language was some sort of deterrent. For me, it has nothing to do with foul language, i prefer it.

It's much more to do with the fact she's an ugly, fat obnoxious annoying lesbo.

Notice how i didn't use the word "Funny" in there.

I have no problems with ugly, fat and obnoxious actors....but they have to be funny.
