Anybody score a particulary good deal today?
No way I'm leaving the house on Black Friday. But I did do some cyber shopping today. I'm in the AV biz, and my company is gifting me a 75" 4K Panasonic display that we pulled out of a school. It's less than a year old. They didn't want it because "it was broken" and they just bought a replacement. Asked us to haul away the "broken one". It just needs a new power supply. So I should be bringing that home before the playoffs start. I needed to upgrade my home theater receiver. I have had both Yamaha and Denon, and today I snagged a Denon AVR-X3500H unit. It's a 2018 model, usually around a grand. Got it Black Friday on Amazon for $549, 18 months no interest. I've got good quality speakers at home (7.1 surround and sub) all Polk Audio stuff. Replacing a Yamaha 7.1 that's probably six or seven years old now. The new TV is going to be massive in the front of my cozy living room. Wowza!

Seemed to be a good deal, almost half price $100 off. Replaced a veteran pair of binocs with a smaller, stronger pair. Have used the older ones over 40 years!

Field tested against the older pair yesterday; improvements all around with sharper detail and clarity.

Go Chiefs!!! Stomp the crud out of those filthy cheating Raiders!

Scored a great deal on Lodge Seasoned Cast Iron 5 Piece Bundle. Goes for $70 on Amazon and swiped them for $25.
