GIF'D UP! 2010

It was one year ago that Bernard Pollard missed five tackles in one preseason game. Angered by his ineptness, I gif'd his ass up.

The gifs didn't lie. Pollard was exposed as a fraud, cut and banished from Kansas City. Emboldened by this great success, I created a massive a thread in which we exposed every fraud on the 2009 Kansas City Chiefs.

No one escaped the wrath of GIF'D UP. Every week, the ****ing axe came down with thunder. It was brutal, it was bloody, and it used up a ****ton of bandwidth.

GIF'D UP is back for 2010 and season two. We're going to expose every fraud on the 2010 Kansas City Chiefs. Let's get this show on the road. There are 20 weeks to the Super Bowl, Corey Mays, Jon McGraw, Ryan O'Failaghan and Rudy Niswanger are still Chiefs, and we need to send Mike Vrabel into early retirement.

LOCK AND LOAD!

In about an hour, we officially kick it off with the Atlanta review.

Bernard Pollard brought us the genesis of GIF'D UP.

He was exposed as an UTTER FRAUD.

And an utter fraud he REMAINS.

Welcome back, bitch.

GIF'D UP ROLLS ON.

You just can't talk to grown men the way Haley talked to Pollard.

He'll just go elsewhere and become a Pro-Bowler.

I don't study the tapes anymore ... I don't get copies like I used to ... but, I don't remember seeing Cassclamp going through progressions or reads much. Rather, he seems to take the first option or he throws it away.

I'd appreciate it if someone could set the record straight on this, though. Because, currently, I'm thinking that Weis is instructing him to take his first option and that's the reason he seems to stare down his receiver.

FAX
Im pretty sure that most of the time when we are seeing him stare down a receiver, its because they have 8 in the box and he is trying to do what I said, exploit the single coverage...waiting for the receiver to make a break and for him to throw to take advantage ot it.

Its awfully troubling that he hasn't been able to do that. Its what good quaterbacks do to get teams to take that extra man out of the box. Its what balances offenses and makes backs like Charles totally neutron bomb-style devastating.

Quarterbacks dont typically "read the defense" against a 8 man front, they find the open man, or the best matchup in single coverage (often done presnap) and try to exploit it by getting the ball out quickly.

Hopefully he starts doing this more effectively, if he does this offense can truly take off.

Shouldn't he, based on his presnap read, and based on seeing the blitz coming at the snap, look in the direction of the blitz and throw to the open Dex just before he's getting hit? Food for thought.

That's pretty horrible.

Pocket instinct, however, is something you either have or you don't, I think. I don't believe you can learn it.

I would think it would improve with experience, both individual experience and experience working with the specific members of your offensive line.

That's Todd Bouman's whore wife, who yukked it up with every completion.

And then when Bouman's magic ran out, CBS refused to show her. ASSHOLES.

I hope people showed restraint on her because of the kids, but if she was alone, with all her showboating, she should have been heckled to hell.
