Kent Babb: shakatak, I think you're stuck with him for a while. The bottom line of this thing is that Pioli makes the Hunt family a lot of money. I mean, a lot. And the Hunts look at this not just from a team loyalty standpoint but also as a company. That's understandable, because it's true. But, man, Pioli knows have to save/make money, and that gives him a cushion. Plus, Clark wants people to hang around for a long time. That doesn't make it right, in this case.

Pioli and Cassel can both get the **** out of Kansas City. They have totalled ****ed over this franchise. It was headed in the right direction in 2009 only to have that fat ****er from Boston fist us over with a loser like Cassel just to stoke his own fat ego since he has never done shit without Bill Belichick holding his hand.

*Of course all of this was said in 2009 as well.

Let's not go overboard.

Flowers is only 26 and Law had 10 interceptions in the year he was 31 years old and he had an extra full year worth of games in the playoffs.

Flowers has another 5 or 6 years of top play if the injuries don't cut into that timeworn.

Flowers will never be Ty Law. Law was elite for a while. Flowers is more like Sheldon Brown. Brown was a very good corner.

Yeah but, one could easily argue that Cassel should want to punch DJ and Bowe in the nuts to. They are the most inconsistent players on the team. They screw up at least as much as Cassel.

I don't really like Cassel and I am not defending him but it's true. Those two are part of the problem with this team.
