I would love to have his on-field leadership, Mr. Chiefnj2. Just not him.

Besides, if he leaves Baltimore he'll wind up in some major market. Plus, he's going to be very expensive. There are some NFL guys who think he only has a year or two left in the tank, anyhow, and I think Pioli would prefer FA guys (if we can find them) who are young enough to last through this rebuild. Prior to this year (which was a good one for him, I admit, but a contract year), he's had some injuries, too ... signs that the body may be breaking down. Of course, even if that's true, he's not going to tell anybody because he stands to make a bloody fortune on his next deal.

i definitely think we need a change in culture around here. We need to bring in a big personality through fa to help that. not saying it should be ray ray but definitely need to bring guys in who know how to WIN. That was part of our problem last year. Half of it was bad coaching, the other half was players not knowing how to finish a game.
