Lacks explosiveness but showed the ability this past season to be a nice red-zone threat in the pros.

Brad Maynard is pretty accurate at dropping the ball inside the 20. His avg. of 42.7 is alright and his long of 53 is pretty meh. He's probably safe, but complacency is something the Bears will not tolerate. He's getting some competition.

Joseph projects as a solid backup LB and a contributor on special teams. Doesn't have much upside but will push the starters. Seems to have great character and could develop into a defensive leader.

Played at guard and center in college and projects as a backup at either position in the pros. I like his versatility and his ability in the running game. He's said to be a team leader at Pitt and should push the starters.
