Well his conspiracy theories are way the F out there and his tin hat is a little too tight, but I'm sure hes nice...

But true every thread it's some whacked out theory that the NFL is screwing the chiefs.

Didnt they get another "questionable " PI late against the Chargers?..that on top of marking the ball a yard further back inside the 20...so yeah. Raiders should be 2-3...
Derek Carr has been fantastic this season. According to ESPN, Carr’s tallied 1,383 passing yards (8th in NFL), 11 passing TDs (tied for 3rd in NFL), and has a 102.3 QB rating.

12. Oakland Raiders (4-1) - Previously: 10.
Overrated NFL Team: The Raiders are basically the opposite of the Chargers. They've been close in every game, but they've just been great in the final two minutes. The question needs to be asked, though: Why are they having so much trouble putting away bad teams like the Saints and sub-par ones like the Titans? The Raiders did win at Baltimore, but they were outgained by about 150 net yards and lost the yards-per-play battle, 5.2-4.8. The Ravens were a drop away from attempting a field goal to win the game. San Diego, meanwhile, would've tied the game had the holder not bobbled the ball. This is pretty telling, too: The Raiders have been outgained in terms of yards per play in EVERY SINGLE GAME THIS YEAR.

If the same lifeless Chiefs team that played the Steelers show up- this will be a long embarrassing game.

We couldn't play them any worse than the bumbling Chargers did right?

Yes, the Raiders have had the ball bounce their way, but they've also faced flawed teams and taken advantage of it by capitalizing on those mistakes.

Look at their recent record in close games in contrast with SD, for example.

No amount of dismissing changes that. Coming away with a touchdown on 90% of their trips inside the redzone isn't indicative of fluke circumstance. Abnormally high and certain to regress, but that's execution. You don't fall ass backwards into a success rate that high .

Hopefully the coaches and team aren't as cavalier about just showing up on the road to collect a W.

I don't anticipate that being the case, an am eager to see what results come from having 14 days to lick their wounds and let that embarrassment soak in.

While that is true, BlackOp is also correct in that the Raiders have benefitted from some very questionable calls at key moments in several games that they would have lost otherwise. Notice I did not say could have lost. They would have lost each game he mentioned, in spite of their good offensive numbers, if they didnt get bailed out. Also note that he predicted this before the season began and thus far he is spot on...

Raiders left 2 td's on the field last week because of bad footwork.. A face mask on Carr not called as well...

Sometimes things go your way... Some times you force things to go your way... Carr is the reason.. He commands that huddle and seeks perfection.

Call it luck **** suck or yuck but it all boils down to W's and just like the Great Captain Jack Rio said.... Never apologize for a win in the NFL...

I have said it before, the Raiders are due for some breaks.

They play a style of offense that takes full advantage of the NFLs rules and the terrible officiating. Look at Pitt, Manning Broncos, Green Bay, etc.

Don't hate because our team is a pile of shit and does nothing to take advantage of the rules.

Del Rio certainly doesn't believe in apologies.

Quote:
According to reports in The Kansas City Star, when one of the replacement candidates accused Del Rio of slashing the tires of his car, Taylor stepped in and tried to break up the argument.

Del Rio reportedly called Taylor "a dirty scab and a lowlife," then slammed the then-45-year-old retired player into the ground. Violence ensued for three minutes before Hackett could break up the fight, and Taylor came away with a bloodied face, the reports said.

"I couldn't believe it was happening," Hackett told The Kansas City Star at the time. "Here's Jack and Otis Taylor, a Chiefs linebacker and a Chiefs legend, wrestling around there on the ground. It was unbelievable."

Del Rio claimed he was defending himself, but Taylor later filed a police complaint and a lawsuit against Del Rio that was settled out of court two years later.

Chiefs beat a lot of teams during the streak last year and people weren't apologizing for it. Do we really expect Raider fans or Bronco fans to do so? That CLE game could have played out a lot different last year, yet it counted as a win. Just because you beat a bad team, and get some luck along the way, doesn't mean that the win shouldn't count. KC can beat OAK in OAK, but it is not going to be easy.
