We should have tried to shop Davis to Dallas this offseason while his stock was still high.

The #3 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft isn't even in the league any more. What makes you think that other teams care about Knile Davis? Why would you spend more money on Knile Davis to offer you nothing when you can easily just sign some UDFA to do a better job?

I mean... just listen to your sorry ass sales pitch. "In 3 years Davis has 3 80+ yard carry games."

Exactly what I told my wife I felt we would see...surprisingly without JC and JM....

It was a last minute hunch...

I'm not optimistic but you are right. If the Colts lose, there will be 5 teams in the AFC with a winning record. Outside of New England and Cincy this conference is really not very good.

Look at all the contributions from the young players too.. Conley and West both scored. Ware looked good in his one run. Wilson had some nice catches and runs afterwards. The O-line (IMO) had some bad plays, but overall seemed pretty good.

I'm not sure how good the Steelers D is supposed to be, but they were ranked pretty high before the game. At the very least, the game was encouraging for the future.

Both with good vision, patience and burst, and good receivers out of the backfield.

Thomas was faster, while West is a little more powerful, due in part to Thomas's upright style, but that's the only real comparison difference.

I'm a lot more interested in how he did in his 5 starts than I am how he did with spot carries. In more than half of those starts, Knile played pretty decent. Of course he's not going to have 80+ yard games when he's only carried the ball >15 times a handful of times.

The sales pitch is easy. Put him behind a decent OL instead of KC's shit OL. Put him in a north-south running system. He's more than good enough to be a 2 or 3 option in that situation.

Keep dreaming. Davis goes down at the first hint of contact. He's not good. Your Knile Davis crush rivals the 49ers trolls crush on Smith.

He's probably got the record for highest percentage of runs that go for 2 yards or less.

At the same time, he does seem to have a weird knack for finding the end zone.
