Wow. I will be seeing this now.

In other news. I'd still hit Jodie Foster. She's old as hell, but still want.

I'm interested in" "whoever has this can override their whole system" statement. If anyone can wear that enhancement gear then why don't they send large group to Elysium with the same tech?

Because they were only able to make one and if they had the tech to make them all there would be no purpose for making the movie.

The only other explanation is that the enhancement gear operation is very brutal ,and thus lethal which is the reason why there isn't any volunteers because everyone has died during the procedure.

Reading reviews, it sounds like a dud, which is unfortunately what I expected after the overrated District 9.

This.

Plus, it sounds like it's little more than bullshit liberal pro-illegal-immigration propaganda rapped in a CGI shell.

Will not watch.

Blomkamp wrote it (he's South African as I recall) so I think it's less about immigration than about the Rich versus the poor. I don't have a problem with that. What i have a problem with is not doing it well. Apparently he just beats you over the head with it for 2 hours.

You didn't go to the special Chicago screening? I heard it only hurts the first time he hits you with the film canister.

I'll go and see this, then listen to the Eagles' Long Road out of Eden. That should put me in the right mindset to give all my possessions to the nearest Indian and then use a hemp rope to hang myself from an endangered species tree.

I liked it. There's a lot of gore, cool weapons, interesting fight scenes and leave it to a bunch of Mexicans to try and illegally immigrate to a space station.

It's far from perfect but it's fun.
