The Deberg Penalty

This idea was mentioned in another thread and has had a great response.
Floppy and I have discussed a little and I want more input. Please see the quote from said thread:

Btw: it wouldnt necessarily have to be just three participants each month. We can go up to five or seven if needed. Up to you all. Rainman is good at organizing pole.

I think it would be funny. And losing thread starting privileges isn't THAT bad.. come on guys. You act like it is a death sentence.
