Quaterbacks

All the talk has been about Damon and Brodie but in my opinion Casey has outplayed both! I know he is on the field with a bunch of guys who won't be in the NFL but, when he is in there there is life to the team and excitement. Why not give him a shot with the first unit and see how he does? If the O line is as bad as it look has looked the QB will need to be able to run and Casey can do that. If I'm not mistaken Herm has said the best player will play. Not so sure that is what is happening at the QB position.

That's what coaches are for to coach them up and fix the problem! I didn't say start him I said give him a chance with the first team to see what he can do.

dumb post of the year

First of all it's not a Quaterback, it's a Quarterback. And he hasn't proved shit against other losers. He dropped the game winning snap! Does nobody remember this?

And you sound like my grandmother.

That should be easy to fix. I'd rather see him fumble it than Huard.

I thought about this too. With our swiss cheese line we will need a qb who can run for his life! Heck, make him the number two guy and see what happens. Wait, that would almost give the perception of bringing the guy along with the possibility of starting....my bad.

That's one thing? How many passes has he completed. How many interceptions has he thrown? He's also mobile. I like QB's who can move the ball themselves as well.

I don't disagree with this. At least take a look at him with the first team offense.

QB's just need to get used to how different Centers deliver the ball.

Even our (Bronco fan) beloved Jay Cutler had problems adjusting to the way Nalen snapped the ball last year as opposed to how the backup Center was snapping in his preseason snaps.

Its a problem that is corrected quickly.

Some of it might just be nerves and that will go away too if he were to ever start.

How old is Printers?

Well, if Casey Printers was a good QB then it should've been a winning snap considering who he was lined up against. And I never said it had anything to do with him being black, I just pointed out that my Grandma also thinks Printers should play.

And luv, about the passes he completed and whatever, without mentioning he played against third/fourth stringers, its basically going back to Damon Huard last year. This team plays better with a non starting QB given no chance. If we gave Printers the chance to shine and said he was good, I bet anything our guys would drop balls and miss blocks for him left and right.

Well, considering they're starting whoever plays best with the first string, you're saying we're going to suck either way. I'm also not saying start him in regular season, but I wouldn't mind seeing how he does with the first string compared to our starter.
