What Are You Spinning? Cont.

Rabble's thread has become extremely slow to load and post so I'm starting a new one while the other will be locked.

As rabble is no longer with us (cough), I have been authorized to post in his stead.

Perhaps we can add a full description of the video then post a direct link in an effort to forego the issues in the original thread.

Let's hear what your hearing.

I’m on a Ghost kick lately. I can’t get their music out of my head. They have moments of brilliance, the musicianship is superb, but they also may have gone to the “Satan” well a bit too often. Some of the lyrics are tacky/cheesy, but there is also some interesting contemplations to be had. I still haven’t figured out if they believe what they write about (true Satanists), or if it is all theatrics and meant to get reactions?....

Considering they backmasked the lord prayer in swedish in one of their songs, I am going with stage act.

Just post links, not embedded videos.

The embedded videos don't load and I give up waiting before I ever get to click on them

Thx,
Mgmt

Stern played this in an ad-break this week and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind sense.

Possibly my favorite Stones song ever, just for how distinctive and passionate it is. And to be truthful, it ranks right up with the all time classic Beatles ballads. I'm talking Hey Jude/Let It Be territory.

If asked to summarize youth, spring, optimism and romance in a melody, this is what I'd pick.
