Except from what I remember you were very confident(cocky even) that they wouldn't and shouldn't go after him. Not as much from reports you heard but from your knowledge of what they would/should do.

To be honest. I am scared to take him at 1.2 as well. There just isn't anyone else in the draft that I think we can't pass up. We have so many wholes we are going to be filling them for the next few drafts. The CB I want will likely be there at 33, and we still have Branch who we just drafted last year, and Jason Babin who we signed late last year, to play our LEO.

Every one of us knows that there is no chance whatsoever we take Geno at one. We are just trying to keep any hope of it happening...even though it's false hope.

I can see them taking a value pick in the third, at the earliest.
