I have been doing several downloading stuff for my computer, and some of the files that I want to download are rather large files. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what type of a "download manager" or "download speeder" type of a program. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I never liked those download managers, never used em. I recommend just getting a high speed connection, if available.

Fuk copper wire. Download speed only increases when you get broadband. You can get software that will make it faster than normal dial up but the speeds still suck big time.
