I had chicken breast broiled..plain, but seasoned w/ rosemary leaves, chile pepper, and lemon juice.

Then I had Brocolli (raw), and 2 cups of spring mix salad w/ olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

Yes, but not whole. You either use a food processor to work the peanuts into a paste or just use peanut butter. It acts as a thickener as well as inducing flavor.

Cool. Sounds very similar with some variants (garlic, ginger, cayenne instead of cumin). This is close to what I use: http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/re...cipe_id=522101

I like to add extras, though, like fresh green beans, carrots, peanut butter instead of the roasted peanuts and I go heavy on the pepper.
