Here's a question. How far would the Chiefs have to go before you'd be ok with them bringing him back? A playoff win, make it to the SB, win the SB?

I don't necessarily think for me personally its how far. Its how well.

He is still missing passes, that just defy understanding.

The Td pass to a wide open Fasano, he has missed Avery multiple times.

He threw Bowe out of bounds against the bills.

It is stuff like that, that will prevent any team from committing to him long term.

The reason that he fits so well with the Chiefs at this moment is the same reason he fit in with the 49ers in 2011.

His ability to not turn the ball over, when you are installing a new offense and getting the proper personnel is perfect.......

FOR ONE SEASON.

But once the talent on offense exceeds his abilities, its time to move on.

That is where the Chiefs in my opinion are heading.

3 possibilities

1. Definitive road win with an impressive performance by Alex(ala trashing the Donks at Denver)

2. Definitive win in round 1 of the playoffs with good performance by Alex

3. Win SB regardless of Alex's play; keeping status quo with his performance

The Chiefs d line didn't attack in that game. You'd know that if you were a Chiefs fan.

Also, the Browns starting offensive line has allowed more sacks than the Chiefs starting offensive line. Not including sacks credited to the passer obviously.

People will see what they want to see.
Asked Smooth would not play as all with that offense as Campbell has.

So we didn't try to get pressure?

Ok, sure.

Matt Ryan is doing fine. Completing 67%, same average per completion, just has some remembers bringing down him TDs slight and Ints up slightly.

The defense is to blame in ATL

Do you recall a lot of blitzing like we saw early on in the season? No? That's what I thought.

You said the dl didn't attack. I'm not sure, but I don't think that has anything to do with blitzing.

So yeah, keep showing you don't know shit about what you're talking about.

29% of his completions are behind the LOS *Same as Alex Smith*

We all know those passes don't really count.

I've said it before elsewhere. Matt Ryan is no better than Alex Smith.

Smith first 6 years is how things tend to not turn out well. Matt Ryan the opposite.

Matt Ryan has played in a division that has been crap. The best defense he has ever had to face twice in points allowed was 309.

LOL

He is going to hold every Atlanta Falcons passing record before long.

Comical.

FYI, remember how I pointed out Alex was an abysmal 13 for 43 throwing past 10 yards and outside the numbers?

Matt Ryan is 23 for 49.

That's your difference.

Just ten more on six more tries? Do you really look at your PFF stats? Or do you rush off with them to post here before you know what you've got?

The margins for error in the NFL are slim.

The point is that there is a clear difference between these players. I mean shit, Atlanta has had a shitty running game for three seasons now but Ryan is still putting up numbers and winning games.

You think Alex Smith would have done shit in Atlanta last year with the #32 running game?

30% vs. 47%

It's a significant difference.
