Not even one more? They play twice a year.

John Calipari pays recruits to come to Kentucky. I don't have to tell you which ones and how much money, I just know so believe me.

Good thing you posted this before KCConnection (the KU fan, since you're dumbass obviously didn't read the thread) posted this six hours ago.

You sure showed us.

Dude had one of the best games from a collegiate ball player all year. Of course opposing fans conveniently forget about all of this - to preach about officiating during a game between two teams who are no longer in their conference and no longer care about.

Troll on, trolls.
Yeah, I watched the last 5 minutes this morning. Dude owned. I'm glad for the kid. He's had a rough stretch and that was some amazing ball. Like I said before, I hope it carries over to march.

Outside of ISU, I don't follow college basketball as much as some of you. But over the years every time ISU has played KU close KU somehow gets a few well timed crucial calls to either pull the game out or pull away.

Don't tell me they are just lucky MFers.
No they're just typically a better team. The best teams usually win. Yeah the best teams probably get some calls their way. They get screwed at times as well.

All the talk about how that one play cost ISU the game is ridiculous. That one play caused the game to go to OT, not win it for KU. ISU still had a chance in OT to take this game.

Oh, and if we're going to play the game of that one play should have been a charge on EJ into Niang, how about we look at what happened during the drive into Niang? Since we're playing the "shoulda" game, that "shoulda" been a foul on Lucious prior to the "shoulda" been a charge.

Crazy how that works.

I know, I know. They're just totally concerned with officiating around the NCAA and the integrity of the game in general.

I wonder if they have a Tiger Tears slushy at Trops in CoMo?

I don't know why you guys think any Mizzou fan has a dog in this fight. I feel for ISU getting jobbed, been there, felt that... but it simply doesn't involve me. I've got my own problems with a psychotic Mizzou team in the SEC.

I've been following KSU because my wife went there, but I don't live and die with Wildcat basketball. I enjoy watching them play. They don't rip your spleen out every game like Mizzou does.

BTW: The last time I saw Bill Self in person like five years ago, I told him to shove a burrito into his big yap and that winning 8 on 5 was no big trick. He just smiled and shrugged. He knows he's a made man.

I personally think the Fat Man Mangino nailed it. Dollar signs. That's all it is. With the NCAAs coming up, the Big 12 wants a high seed, prime time TV draw that will hang around until at least the Elite 8, and the easier road they can get for KU, the better the TV revenue for the whole stink on ice lot.

Nobody gives a shit if ISU makes the tourney or not, nobody gives a shit where KSU is seeded. The Big 12 wants KU as a high seed, same as they want Oklahoma in a bowl game every year. Dollar signs.

And as far as the refs. They'll say "oops, my bad, sorry Hoiberg. But your name is not Bill Self." No way they hand ISU a game on a charge. One thing I will say, EJ still had to hit the free throws to put the game in OT, so I'll give him that.

Here's waiting for the next March Farouhkmanesh!

Just my opinion after watching Big 12 Basketball for 45 years.
