Yeah, so I saw a lot of movies this weekend.

Elizabeth: The Golden Age - Mediocre, at best. Slow and dragged on. Shorten it to 2 hours and it's golden. It's not, so it fails.

Michael Clayton - Amazing. Everything about it is awesome. However, it's VERY complex and mind bending. You have to think, so be prepared. I still feel like I'm missing key details of exactly what happened. Gotta see it again.

Across the Universe - Perfect is one word that comes to mind. It just works. And, contrary to many people I bet, the movie is best viewed sober. Trust me.

I never thought TH was very good in IM. I loved him in Crash and a couple other movies, but IM never seemed to have much chemistry with RDJ. Nor did he command his military role.

I'm a Terrence Howard fan. But besides that, I'm really NOT a fan of recasting for a sequel. I hate it.

Finally checked out Step-Brothers the other night...pretty much what I expected, it did have several parts that had me rolling though. Movie surprised me.

And for everyone talking about Quarantine...check out the original, REC. Waaaaayyyyy better.

All that "on-set behavior" stuff is probably bullshit.

Terrence wasn't amazing in Iron Man, but he didn't have much to work with it seems. Replacing him, though, is a dick move.

I'm going to watch Hustle and Flow tonight out of respect for TH.
