Elder Scrolls V

So the guys at Bethesda let it slip a few months ago that Elder Scrolls V was in the works for 2010, and a friend said he read a possible release in 2009... I'm looking for the article, but I'm friggin' STOKED about a new Elder Scrolls game coming out in the next 12-18 months!!!

I think they can learn a lot with the successes and failures of their previous landmark releases like Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 and make ESV an absolute KICK ASS game!

Near the sleeping tree mammoth/giant camp there's a sniper's perch the giants can't get to. Lure them there and take them out. So broken.

My bow and archery skills are powerful enough now that I can take out giants just by firing two shots from cover for 3x sneak damage.

No. **** you. I can't tell you how many times I've said I've never played any of The Elder Scrolls games.

I guess that's not that great of an item, but it's god damn better than anything I have now.

That's why you're having so much fun.

I had never played an Elder Scrolls game or an open world RPG before Oblivion and that game owned me.

Hagravens kicking my ass with that fireball spell.

enchanting is teh wuss pull enchantment off item that increased magicka recovery by 50% and when i put it on an item it was only 1%. It's going to be worthless unless you invest perks in it.

alchemy table rocks - figured out health pot, fire resist and cold resist so far.

making my own potions. oh yea!!

got to figure out how to make a cure disease potion, i'm coming down with diseases faster than lindsay lohan on a weekend bender.

Staff of Magnus goes all the way back to Morrowind.

Are you reading the books you encounter in your travels, Buck? Lots of cool history and funny stuff about the world of the elder scrolls.

:
Yeah you have to level up your enchanting. I'm currently working on leveling up my smithing and enchanting so I can make epic enchanted armor.

Also the degree of the soul gem you use on an item affects the percentage of improvement. Use a greater soul for more percentage.

I'm way too impatient.

I was in the beginning, but have since just hit read and then exited.

I bought Oblivion, got through 1 gate. Got through a 2nd gate and realized how repetitive it was and never touched it again.

just hold on to it for now

You can capture high level souls in it and then use that to do a magical upgrade on an items.

btw keep an eye out for a soul capturing weapon, you'll need it.

Main quest in oblivion sucked.

The guild quests are a lot of fun though, especially thieves guild and dark brotherhood quests.

Aight, I'm about to kick this bitch in. Have had it since last Friday. I hope it doesn't start sucking ass half-way through like Oblivion.

Oblivion didn't suck at all, if you didn't like that game you wont like Skyrim, but Skyrim is like a cooler version of Oblivion, it's really ****ing good.
