Creepy Kavanaugh - The woman he allegedly sexually assaulted comes forward

Quote:
While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.

“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”

Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/inves...=.7f45408b3cff

Updates:
Christine Blasey Ford has testified under oath before judiciary, that she was 100% certain Kavanaugh is the one who assaulted her. Republicans brought in a hired gun prosecutor to question her, instead of doing it themselves. She answered all the questions put to her. She has discussed her assault with friends and in therapy for years. Her husband said in an affadavit that he's known about her assault since 2002. 3 additional friends have sworn in affidavits that she's told them of her attack at different times between 2013 and 2017.

Deborah Ramirez has come forward to accuse kavanaugh of the following: “Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.”

Julie Swetnick has attested in a sworn declaration that he engaged in abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls, that he would get girls drunk and spike punch so girls could be raped while incapacitated at parties.

Anonymous 4th accuser accuses Kavanaugh of shoving her aggressively and sexually up against a wall in 1998 when he was working on the starr investigation.

Dude.

She passed a polygraph test. And she made the claim six years before Kavanaugh was nominated for the Supreme Court.

Well, since Christine Blasey Ford passed a polygraph test, maybe we should see if Bret Kavanaugh can pass a polygraph test.

Since he has already been caught perjuring himself in earlier confirmation hearings and is therefore a proven liar, I'm guessing he probably wouldn't pass this polygraph test.

It is bad enough that polygraph tests are so indirect, prompting some researchers to look for more direct evidence of lying through analysis of brain scans. Another major weakness is that the test can be faked.

I knew this was coming.

Not only is she an evil genius who began this plan to smear Kavanaugh SIX YEARS BEFORE HE WAS NOMINATED, now she is also an evil genius who can beat a polygraph.

You guys are truly pathetic.

You are wrong, yet again.

The GOP will control the Presidency (and most likely the Senate) for 3 more years. The next nominee will also be a conservative.

Some of us just prefer not to put known liars on the Supreme Court. You see it differently, because the only thing you care about is getting another right winger on the Supreme Court. That's it. That's the only thing that's important to you.

Neil Gorsuch was easily confirmed, and he is just as conservative as Kavanaugh. People aren't fighting against Kavanaugh because he's conservative. They're fighting against him because he is unfit.

That's the difference. It's a shame you refuse to acknowledge the difference. I know you're intelligent to understand the difference, so it appears that this is simply a choice on your part to ignore the difference.

According to her husband, she brought it up in therapy specifically because she thought he might eventually be nominated to the SC.

Gorsuch squeaked by on something like 54 votes. Barely bipartisan for a seat that wasn't going to shift the court's ideological profile at all, unlike this nomination. Maybe you should review your analysis.

No, pathetic is someone who can't post outside of DC on a day when Mahomes threw for six touchdowns in a win at Pittsburgh.

No - just realistic.

> Do you recall that she is a "political activist?"

- A Never - Trumper for sure.

> Do you recall this event - from not too long ago:

- More than 60,000 mental health professionals have signed John’s petition, which states:

“We, the undersigned mental health professionals, believe in our professional judgment that Donald Trump manifests a serious mental illness that renders him psychologically incapable of competently discharging the duties of President of the United States. And we respectfully request he be removed from office, according to article 4 of the 25th amendment to the Constitution, which states that the president will be replaced if he is ‘unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.’”

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/b...e-donald-trump

> As I asked several posts ago - What would you be willing to bet that she simply had a 'friend' (fellow prog shrink - political activist) make an entry in her file dated back 6 years ago about this alleged event?

> What would you be willing to bet that she is also one of the 60K 'mental health experts' who signed the Never-Trump Declaration?

I suspect a lot of Democratic senators were still pissed off about the politicization of the process used by Mitch McConnell to steal a seat from the Democrats when Merrick Garland was nominated.

If the GOP wants to complain about partisanship in this process, they really ought to look in the mirror.
