Creepy Kavanaugh - The woman he allegedly sexually assaulted comes forward

Quote:
While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.

“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”

Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/inves...=.7f45408b3cff

Updates:
Christine Blasey Ford has testified under oath before judiciary, that she was 100% certain Kavanaugh is the one who assaulted her. Republicans brought in a hired gun prosecutor to question her, instead of doing it themselves. She answered all the questions put to her. She has discussed her assault with friends and in therapy for years. Her husband said in an affadavit that he's known about her assault since 2002. 3 additional friends have sworn in affidavits that she's told them of her attack at different times between 2013 and 2017.

Deborah Ramirez has come forward to accuse kavanaugh of the following: “Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.”

Julie Swetnick has attested in a sworn declaration that he engaged in abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls, that he would get girls drunk and spike punch so girls could be raped while incapacitated at parties.

Anonymous 4th accuser accuses Kavanaugh of shoving her aggressively and sexually up against a wall in 1998 when he was working on the starr investigation.

I wonder what iron clad reason Republicans had against Obama's nominee?

Oh? There wasn't one besides nominated by a democrat? And yet they are whining about an actual vetting process?

Its almost like Republicans are party before country.

LOL.

Polygraphs are not admissible in court at all because they have been proven to be complete junk science. The fact that you keep repeating this just shows how weak and desperate you know your argument to be.

I could have predicted almost every single facet of this months ago, as the obstacles to Kavanaugh's confirmation fell.

Considered doing just that, but didn't want to inflame the opposition who would go postal on my 'hyperbolic partisan conspiracist babble.'

Every single inkling I had about the DNC's worst and most evil methods and motives are coming to pass.

But now that it has come to pass, we must pretend to treat this like anything other than what it is.

I wasn't complaining about partisanship. I was explaining that there's some satisfaction in watching left wingers lose their shit now that they realize the SCOTUS is likely to be reliably conservative for the next decade or two.

Both of the statements in your post are incorrect.

Polygraphs are used all the time by police departments and other law enforcement agencies to get an indication of who is telling the truth and who is lying. Then they use that information to figure out their next move in the investigation. People are routinely cleared as suspects when they pass a polygraph test. People are investigated further when they fail.

The Trump administration even talked about using polygraphs to identify who wrote the NY Times editorial that was allegedly written by an insider in the Trump administration, so don't tell me polygraphs have no value.

You might want to re-think your position that polygraphs are junk science and never allowed in court, since Polygraphs ARE allowed in some legal jurisdictions.

From ABC News:

Quote:
Legal Controversy

Because of ongoing debate on the accuracy of polygraphs, they are banned from being admitted as evidence into some courts and even the mention of a polygraph exam in testimony can cause a mistrial. However, according to the American Polygraph Association, polygraph exams are allowed in 26 states and some federal courts.

However, since the U.S. Supreme Court has yet to rule on the issue of polygraph admissibility, rules in federal circuits vary. In some courts, a polygraph test can only be admitted if both parties agree. In some court jurisdictions, a judge determines admissibility and whether polygraph test results will help a jury with its decision.

Pat's biggest reason for voting Trump was the supreme court.
I remember the meatballs.

It was also the only justifiable reason. I guess.

A poly is not definitive and as such not recognized by SCOTUS.

That aside, do you have information on the ex FBI agent who administered the poly and under what circumstances? I haven’t seen anything on it.

End of day if we’re being honest we can agree this is a purely political last-ditch effort to delay confirmation of an eminently qualified jurist for whom many members of the left have cast nomination approving votes in the past.

Whether it succeeds is yet to be seen but I’d think this ploy gives you the ends justifies the means moment you accorded to McConnell’s actions.

Actually, from his perspective, it's an understandable position to take. It's not the choice I would have made, even if wanted a conservative court, but I understand the reasoning.

Babble lee is against senators doing their job and vetting a nominee for life long position.

Babble is for giving s life long position to somebody who lied to Congress and committed sexual assault.
