The fans of the 1960 Los Angeles Chargers are finally being rewarded for their patience. They're getting their team back that bolted out of town to San Diego.

The good owners need to figure out real quick that their little hayday of getting cities and taxpayers to pay for shit is over.
Make the spanos families of the league that don't have enough money to do it themselves gtfo. They wont, but they should. |

Gonna text my nephew and let him know that there's still a seat open on the AFCW Champion bandwagon...

This is an absolutely stupid and senseless move.
The Spanos family will owe the NFL $650 million dollars for relocating, which could have been used to upgrade the Murph or even build a smaller stadium (like Lucas Oil, which seats 62,000). Instead, they're moving into a market in which no one cares about them, will pay rent to the owner of a new stadium and will soon find out that no one will pay $5k and above for Personal Seat Licenses for their team. This is an unmitigated disaster. Los Angeles will not embrace this team. |

Again I go back to the Padres. Why should Spanos expect the city to put lipstick on a pig when they ponied up for the Padres? Arrowhead was worth renovating, but the Murph not so much. San Diego should have had a reasonable plan to take care of BOTH franchises. They did not, so it is hard to fully blame Spanos given the handling of the Padres and how other sports franchises have been taken care of across America. |

The state and tax payers refused to pay for renovations and Dolphins owner Stephen Ross ended up paying for $350+ million worth of renovations himself. |
