I'm actually really afraid of this. Need to do it, hate that I do it now. In a great amount of fear that I'll fail.

Stop trying to quit and just don't light up for one day at a time. Go one hour at a time not smoking if you can go one hour then go two hours... Don't think about quitting you are putting too much pressure on yourself don't think about it.

Halfway through day 1. The next hour (lunchtime) is gonna be really tough.
I think my mind is right, but I admit that for the past hour+ smoking is all I can think about.

I'm officially on lunch now.
My typical lunch was to get in the car, find a street to park on, and smoke till my 30 minutes were up.
I know the smart thing would've been not to get into the car, and not even give myself the trigger. But I'm in the car, and at my smoking place. And I am not smoking.
Why?
