I don't actually remember how I found this place, but my my what a difference 4 years makes.

We were in the midst of the 9-0 run when I started to believe again, jut like a little kid, that HIS team was going to go all the way and win the Super Bowl.

This board has been an excellent distraction these past years, and have helped me idle away the time in between customers. I have learned a little about football along the way as well. It has been a wild ride, most of it enjoyable. I especially liked my visit to Arrowhead this fall. I kind of knew we were on the downs and deliberately chose to come back before the tent completely collapsed on the Chiefs. I also took the opportunity to close a lot of chapters in my life that I couldn't afford to do when my grandparents and cousin passed away.

Hopefully the Chiefs will win a Super Bowl before I die. I will be 43 years old next week so I should have a few more years left at it. I am still waiting for them to make that kick that they kept missing against the Dolphins in 1971 Christmas day AFC Championship game. Still waiting for them to finish what they should have done that day.


P.S. Endelt was right at 19500 when I started here. I was like, OMG, how in the heck does someone have the time to write something and hit submit that many times.

Well, that's enough for now, I suck at starting threads so this one is sure to drop straight to the bottom.
