1) Washington - two super bowl winners in Theismann and Williams

2) Kansas City - Dawson, Montana, strong second tier guys like Green and Smith

Honorable mention - Bengals with Ken Anderson and Boomer Esiason

Two weakest

Tennessee - McNair, thats it so far
