Burger King recalls 'sacrilegious' desserts

THE fast-food chain, Burger King, is withdrawing its ice-cream cones after the lid of the dessert offended a Muslim.

The man claimed the design resembled the Arabic inscription for Allah, and branded it sacrilegious, threatening a "jihad".

The chain is being forced to spend thousands of pounds redesigning the lid with backing from The Muslim Council of Britain. It apologised and said: "The design simply represents a spinning ice-cream cone."

The offending lid was spotted in a branch in Park Royal last week by business development manager Rashad Akhtar, 27, of High Wycombe.

He was not satisfied by the decision to withdraw the cones and has called on Muslims to boycott Burger King. He said: "This is my jihad. How can you say it is a spinning swirl? If you spin it one way to the right you are offending Muslims."

A Muslim Council spokesman said: "We commend the sensitive and prompt action that Burger King has taken."

Just once....I'd like to see a corportation issue a formal statement in response to these yuckleheads that says

" In regards to the allegation by mr (insert dumbasses name) the Burger King Corporation would like to say: Suk mah baows".....and have that plastic scary guy standing behind him when he turns around.

That's a good commercial concept. Bunch of Muslim guys standing around talking jihad about a spinning ice cream cone, and then when they turn around the King is right behind them. And this time he's not smiling.

" In regards to the allegation by mr (insert dumbasses name) the Burger King Corporation would like to know how mr (insert dumbasses name) would like a plastic lid with a symbol that somewhat resembles jihad shoved up his ass?"

Things like this are what will build the hatred towards Muslims.

Burger King makes an honest mistake. When someone points it out, they make an effort to remove the offensive item from their inventory. But instead of leaving it at that, this fucking raghead has to declare a holy war.

I understand why they are constantly killing each other. These people are full of hate.

Ironically enough...this is the scariest Halloween costum I could think of off the top of my head. I can only imagine what this guy does to people who are already afraid of clowns.
