Cowher's Prediction... (merged)

He just said he thinks we'll go 10-6 if Cassel can protect the ball.

HUH?

Cowher Just Made His Move

Ol Billy Boy just said the Chiefs will go 10 - 6 and turn it around. Said this team has a lot of talent.

Sounded to me like he just threw his hat in the sweepstakes.

I'm not thrilled. But I know many of you will be. So it goes.

Cowher has just gone full reerun

I was just watching the CBS pregame and they were doing predictions for the rest of the season. They just get to Cowher and he said the Chiefs would go 10-6.....

His reasoning? "If Cassel can just stop turning the ball over, must like Vick needs to, they have a lot of talent, and believe they will be 10-6." Of course, the rest of the cast does a collective sigh.

Hey Cowher, guess what. Ever think to yourself that Cassel really sucks? Because he does.

EDIT:
Nvm, looks like I was beaten to the punch.

He also said no way should Cassel be pulled.

True, we have nothing in terms of replacement starter. But given all the things he could have said about Cassel, an unwavering vote of support isn't one of them I want to hear.

Do not want.

In a related story, orthopedic surgeons from all over the country are making a beeline for Kansas City to treat hundreds of broken ankles from people who just hurled themselves off the Bill Cowher for Chiefs HC bandwagon.
