Im still confused how Cassel got a concussion, first off nobody even touched his head on the hit, and then he tried to get up and he holds his shoulder

You can see most of it, but you do have to visualize the actual head slapping the ground part.

To help, look at Kruger. When he grabs Cassel, he puts his right arm sort of diagonal across Matt's chest. His hand ends up around Matt's left tit/collarbone area. Now watch Kruger's body language, it implies he is pushing down with that right arm as he goes down, you can see the twist as he applies the torque.

When Kruger gets up, you see Matt's right arm in a half cocked position. His left is straight out.

He got his upper body whipped to the turf by a big guy, without being able to put a hand down to help soften the impact.

That looks like the kind of hit that a D lineman gets up thinking " I might have just knocked that ****er out, after his head bounced he went rag doll.".

People have lost their freakin minds over this. Was listening to 610 sports and the hosts were asking if Cassel has commented on this. What does he think happened? Will he be talking to the media today so they can ask him?

HELLO, if he was knocked out cold he probably does not remember anything leading up to the hit and especially after.
