I just don't understand the rationale of this move. We have plenty of cap space w/ the impending Cassel release. Winston has some trade value. Surely they could get a 5th-6th round for him even if they flat despised him.

Even if they just look at him as worthless, he has some value as an asset.

I don't know what to think anymore. I don't like Eric Winston as a person but am happy he is our RT or was I'd like him to stay so we can have continuety along the line. That & I don't want us waisting a ****ing #1 pick on the offensive line.

Just wanted to confirm that I have been released. Even though it was an incredibly tough year on and off the field last year, I wouldn't trade the relationships I made in KC and the overall experience I had for anything. It was an honor to be a Chief But the best in the future.... On to the next adventure!
