Ah, ok. I figured it would be one of the two.
Earl Thomas is a shit ass open field tackler from what I've seen. If we had him, we'd be worlds better no doubt, but we'd still have a lot of the same issues with missed tackles. McCourty's kind of a weird case; I feel like he kind of came out of nowhere. Was he initially drafted as a CB? Or am I thinking of someone else? |

I guess that's what is sorta maddening about it is you should be able to find a decent CB that can transition over to FS and play lights out - but doesn't seem to be nearly the case.
