It looks like a 2 on 5 game when they are in.

Ross is the most bitchmade player I've ever seen wear the uniform. A guy built that like should be a ****ing wrecking ball. Instead, he plays like 2005 Vince Carter.

Thoughts on this game...

1) Jordan Clarkson is pretty dynamic and will punish teams that play him man-to-man.

2) JW3 is going to be pretty good, I think.

3) I like the size and energy of Torren Jones. He's Mizzou's 3rd best big (assuming Criswell ever gets out of the doghouse)

4) This staff can't coach D. It's becoming pretty apparent. Closeout technique is bad (always out of control rather than closing out at 75 percent effort).

5) EJ Ross needs to play inside more and stop jacking so much.

6) Wes Clark is going to be a star eventually and will be a solid player this year. Hopefully, he's ready to play a starting role by conference play, making a 4-guard lineup easier to employ.

Ross needs to stay down low and muscle up some more rebounds....and I agree stop jacking up the shots.

What are your thoughts on Jabari Brown....I haven't seen anything in the first 2 games that didn't make me think he was Phil Pressey-like....

I haven't been too happy with the transfers that Haith has brought in here, hopefully Jordan Clarkson changes my thoughts on that.

Brown is a bit of a chucker, but as long as the ball is running through Clarkson/Clark, that shouldn't hurt as much.

I actually didn't have a problem with much of his shot selection tonight. I liked seeing the pump fake, bounce, pull-up jumper. He can make that shot.

Brown is pretty effective in the open floor, too. When Missouri gets out and runs, he should finish a lot of plays. He's going to need to make FTs at a better clip than he has so far, though.

You can thank Suitcase Mike for that. He left the roster so thin, they had little choice but to fill spots with transfers.

I don't think Keion Bell or Ross are at Mizzou otherwise.
